Text[0]="&nbsp;1. Isaac and Rebekah had twin boys.  Isaac loved Esau, and Rebekah loved Jacob.";
Text[1]="&nbsp;2. Esau became a hunter. His father Isaac loved to eat the animals Esau shot.";
Text[2]="&nbsp;3. Jacob liked to stay home and help take care of the sheep and goats.";
Text[3]="&nbsp;4. One day Esau came home very hungry. He found Jacob cooking a stew and said, "+speechstr+"I'm starving. Let me eat some of your stew."+speechstr+"";
Text[4]="&nbsp;5.  "+speechstr+"Not till you sell me your birthright,"+speechstr+" answered Jacob. "+speechstr+"And you must swear to it."+speechstr+"";
Text[5]="&nbsp;6. "+speechstr+"I'm dying of hunger,"+speechstr+" said Esau. "+speechstr+"What good will the birthright do me."+speechstr+"   He swore to give Jacob his birthright.";
Text[6]="&nbsp;7. When Isaac was old, he became blind. He called Esau and said, "+speechstr+"I don"+aposstr+"t have much longer to live. Go hunting.  When you"+aposstr+"ve shot an animal, cook it just as I like my food and bring it to me.  Then I will bless you."+speechstr+"";
Text[7]="&nbsp;8. Rebekah had been listening in to Isaac. She called Jacob and said, "+speechstr+"Do what I tell you and don"+aposstr+"t worry. Go, bring two little goats. I will cook them the way your father likes his food. You will take it to him so he may bless you instead of Esau."+speechstr+"";
Text[8]="&nbsp;9. Jacob brought Rebekah two little goats. She cooked them. Then she had Jacob put on Esau"+aposstr+"s clothes. She put the skin of the goats on his hands and neck.  She gave him the food to take to Isaac.";
Text[9]="&nbsp;10. Jacob went to his father and said, "+speechstr+"Father, I"+aposstr+"m Esau. Sit up and eat."+speechstr+" Isaac answered, "+speechstr+"Come near, my son.  Let me feel you to see if you"+aposstr+"re really Esau."+speechstr+" When Jacob came close, Isaac felt him and said, "+speechstr+"Your voice sounds like Jacob, but your hands are Esau"+aposstr+"s."+speechstr+"";
Text[10]="&nbsp;11. When Isaac finished eating, he blessed Jacob and said "+speechstr+"Your clothes smell like the country. May God bless your fields with good crops."+speechstr+" He went on to give him a very special blessing.  Then Jacob left his father.";
Text[11]="&nbsp;12.  Soon after this Esau came to Isaac and said, "+speechstr+"Father, get up and eat so you may bless me."+speechstr+" But Isaac answered, "+speechstr+"Someone else brought me food.  I ate and blessed him. Yes, my blessing shall stay with him."+speechstr+"";
Text[12]="&nbsp;13. Esau cried bitterly. "+speechstr+"Bless me too, Father,"+speechstr+" he begged. "+speechstr+"Don"+aposstr+"t you have any blessing left for me or did you give everything to Jacob?"+speechstr+"";
Text[13]="&nbsp;14. Then Isaac blessed Esau. "+speechstr+"You shall live by your sword, but you shall serve your brother."+speechstr+" he said.";
Text[14]="&nbsp;15. Esau was very angry and said, "+speechstr+"I"+aposstr+"m going to kill Jacob. He has stolen the blessing from me!"+speechstr+"";
Text[15]="&nbsp;16. When Rebekah heard about it, she told Jacob, "+speechstr+"Esau wants to kill you. You must leave. Go, visit my brother Laban in Haran until Esau forgets. I"+aposstr+"ll let you know when it"+aposstr+"s safe to come back home. "+speechstr+"";
Text[16]="&nbsp;17. Then Isaac called Jacob and said, "+speechstr+"Jacob, don"+aposstr+"t marry a Canaanite girl, but go to Haran and marry one of Laban"+aposstr+"s daughters. May God bless and keep you."+speechstr+"";
Text[17]="&nbsp;18. Jacob left Beersheba and walked to Bethel. Here he lay down to sleep, using a stone for a pillow.";
Text[18]="&nbsp;19. In a dream he saw angels going up and coming down from heaven. He heard God say, "+speechstr+"In your seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. I am with you and will bring you back to this land."+speechstr+"";
Text[19]="&nbsp;20. Then Jacob rose early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put at his head, set it up as a pillar, and poured oil on top of it.  And he called the name of that place Bethel.";
