We have studied Acts 1 and Matthew 28's witnesses to Jesus' Commission to the apostles.
First, we review this information and then we study Mark's account.

The record in Acts 1 states that the apostles were
   (1) to wait at Jerusalem for the Holy Spirit,
   (2) to witness to all the earth, and
   (3) to know that Jesus promises that He is coming back.

This is Matthew`s record.
   (1) Jesus commands his apostles to go to all nations.
   (2) They are to teach disciples and baptize them.
   (3) The apostles are to teach the baptized disciples to observe all of Jesus` commands.
   (4) He promises to be with them always.
