Text[0]="&nbsp;1. The Pharaoh of Egypt died. The Egyptians were sad and mourned over him. They gave him a royal funeral.";
Text[1]="&nbsp;2. Another man became Pharaoh. He kept on treating the Israelites as slaves. He forced them to work very hard and mistreated them.";
Text[2]="&nbsp;3. In their great trouble and misery, the Israelites cried to God for help. God remembered His promises. The time had come to set His people free.";
Text[3]="&nbsp;4. At this time Moses was watching over his father-in-law Jethro"+aposstr+"s sheep near Mount Sinai in the land of Midian.";
Text[4]="&nbsp;5. One day Moses saw a bush burning.  It burned and burned but did not burn up. Moses said to himself, "+speechstr+"I must see why the bush is not burnt."+speechstr+"";
Text[5]="&nbsp;6. When he came near, a voice out of the burning bush said, "+speechstr+"Take off your shoes Moses and do not come near! I am the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The time has come to set My people free."+speechstr+"";
Text[6]="&nbsp;7. "+speechstr+"I will send you to Pharaoh,"+speechstr+" God said. Moses protested, "+speechstr+"Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and lead the children of Israel out of Egypt?"+speechstr+"";
Text[7]="&nbsp;8. God answered, "+speechstr+"I will be with you.  You and the people will worship Me at this mountain. Now, go, tell My people, '1 AM THAT I AM has sent me.' They will believe you."+speechstr+"";
Text[8]="&nbsp;9. When Moses said, "+speechstr+"They will not believe me,"+speechstr+" God told him to throw his walking stick to the ground.";
Text[9]="&nbsp;10. When Moses did this, the walking stick became a snake. Moses was afraid of it.";
Text[10]="&nbsp;11. "+speechstr+"Pick it up by the tail,"+speechstr+" God told Moses. Moses did this, and it became his stick again. "+speechstr+"Do this so that My people will believe that I sent you,"+speechstr+" God said to Moses.";
Text[11]="&nbsp;12. God also told Moses, "+speechstr+"Put your hand under your coat."+speechstr+" When Moses did this and pulled it out, his hand was white with leprosy. When he put it back under his coat the hand became well again.";
Text[12]="&nbsp;13. "+speechstr+"If they do not believe these two signs,"+speechstr+" God said, "+speechstr+"then pour water from the Nile on the ground. It will become blood."+speechstr+"";
Text[13]="&nbsp;14. Moses still protested, "+speechstr+"I cannot speak well. Please send someone else."+speechstr+"";
Text[14]="&nbsp;15. God became very angry and told Moses, "+speechstr+"Your brother Aaron is coming to meet you. He will talk for you."+speechstr+"  So finally Moses agreed to go to Pharaoh.";
Text[15]="&nbsp;16. For Moses it was a long, long way back from Mount Sinai through the wilderness to the land of Egypt.";
Text[16]="&nbsp;17. He took with him his wife and sons and began the long trip back to Egypt, where he had been born and educated.";
Text[17]="&nbsp;18. On the way Aaron met Moses and went with him to Egypt as God had promised.";
