     This specific lesson in Bible history will cover some events that suppport that statement.

    Along with other verses we will look at the 11th chapter of Hebrews for a brief history of God's faithful.

NOTE: The elders obtained the testimony "by faith". So Abel had testimony that he pleased God. In the previous chapter, (Hebrews 10):
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our report?" 17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."
